Flow Cytometry Laboratory
The laboratory uses the Beckman Coulter DxFLEX flow cytometer. It has currently carried out testing projects including lymphocyte subpopulation percentage detection, HLA-B27, HLA-DR and other testing items, which can accurately and comprehensively reflect the function of the patient's immune system and help with abnormal immune function. Accurate diagnosis, clear cause, and timely treatment for patients with ankylosing spondylitis and blood diseases.
